So first on my list is a definite nose job gone right! The beautiful Ashley Simpson was always adorable but after her surgery she is an absolute knock out! Good choice Ashley, you made the right decision!
#2 on my list is Ashley's sister Jessica. Now I thought Jessica was beautiful just the way she was but evidently she didn't like her lips!
So sorry to say that Jessica's lip augmentation didn't turn out as well as her sister's nose job. That's just my opinion....what do you think?
Third on my list is Jennifer Grey....she looks completely different! I didn't even realize it was her when I saw her.....She does look good,but, she is definitely not the Baby from Dirty dancing that we all know!
Last, I was torn between Nicole Kidman and Priscilla Presley...so I put both....the are two beautiful woman but I think they too saw the surgeon a little too much! I am all for bettering yourself but you can definitely go over board, don't you think?
Well there they are, some of Hollywood's finest,and reconstructed! Just remember, beauty is only skin deep and as long as you love who you are your beauty will radiate! What do you think about these pics???? Are these surgeries Fab or Fail????

I think the best before and after is definitely Ashley Simpson. What a huge difference going under the knife was for her! A very good decision!
Goldie Hawn and Meg Ryan are two more who've had some "work done". Their faces don't even MOVE when they talk!
